ADDIS ABABA, ETHIOPIA. An international volunteer medical team with Operation Smile were in Ethiopia's capital city volunteering their time during Operation Smile's inaugural mission to Ethiopia. Operation Smile is the Norfolk, VA based medical organization that provides free facial reconstructive surgery to children and young adults in 24 countries.
